MONTRÉAL, November 21, 2017 - For Black Friday and Cyber Monday,VIA Rail Canada (VIA Rail) will be holding its biggest sale of the year. From Wednesday, November 22, to Monday, November 27 at midnight (Pacific Time), the lowest fares will be available for trips throughout Canada made in Economy class on the Québec City-Windsor corridor until February 28, 2018, and on long-distance services until April 30, 2018.

VIA Rail’s long-distance services, where passengers can discover the country in comfort onboard the legendary Canadian, will cost only $174* per person in Economy class between Toronto and Winnipeg, or $575* in Sleeper Plus class. Between Toronto and Vancouver, prices will be reduced to $339* in Economy class and $1,036* in Sleeper Plus class. A trip aboard the Ocean train between Montréal and Halifax will be available for as little as $102* per person in Economy class or $252* in Sleeper Plus class.

For as little as $37*, travellers will be able to book a seat in Economy class in the Québec City-Windsor corridor for trips between Montréal-Toronto, Ottawa-Toronto, Ottawa-Québec or Toronto-Windsor. Passengers can benefit from quality time aboard the train, while avoiding road congestion and unpredictable winter weather.
